Among the services offered are general outpatient services, laboratory, pharmacy, dental, optical, radiology, physiotherapy, theatre services, nutrition, maternal and child health services including maternity, ANC, PNC&FP.

With over 9 specialized clinics, ODPML offers one of the most comprehensive specialized care for adults and children in the region. Patients accessing these clinics are attended by highly competent consultants and they have access to follow-up care. Our specialized clinics include; physician, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedic, ear nose & throat (ENT), dermatology, mental health, pediatric, and general surgeon services

In Dec 2021, the inpatient unit was developed to specifically deal with patients who require intensive care and treatment and to also meet the growing demand for quality care.

ODPML currently has an average number of 20,000 outpatient visits per annum. The inpatient unit has a bed capacity of 50 and the average number of admissions and surgeries done per year is 3,000 and 2,000 respectively. The hospital has a full-time workforce of 40 two-thirds of whom are medics/nurses with 15 consultants and one-third of support service providers.
