Job Description

The Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting our hospital’s services, enhancing our brand image, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital’s services.
  • Identify target audiences and market segments for various healthcare services.
  • Execute awareness campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Create compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media, and newsletters.
  • Manage and update the hospital’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and local businesses to promote the hospital’s services.
  • Organize and participate in community events and health fairs.
  • Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase the hospital’s online presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze patient feedback to make data-driven marketing decisions and improve patient satisfaction.

Skill & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
