Job Description
We are seeking dynamic, ambitious, and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Management Trainees in the Human Resource and Accounts departments. This program offers a structured learning experience that provides hands-on exposure to key business functions, equipping trainees with the necessary skills to advance their careers within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations within the assigned department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Participate in the execution of specialized tasks relevant to the department, such as payroll processing, employee records management, financial reconciliations, procurement procedures, and customer service.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities in the HR department.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles in the Accounts department.
- Engage in cross-functional projects to develop a broader understanding of business operations.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries professionally, ensuring prompt issue resolution and client satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs designed to enhance professional growth.
- Contribute to policy development, process improvements, and implementation of best practices within the department.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and process optimization, actively participating in decision-making discussions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors to support organizational objectives.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to a dynamic work environment, and take initiative.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work in any of the counties having our facilities.
- Must have graduated within the past one year.
