Benedict Were is our Head of Marketing, Communications & Customer Experience. He is a strategic marketing and communications executive with over eight years of leadership experience delivering brand growth, marketing, and strategic communication initiatives alongside customer centric campaigns across healthcare, microfinance, and development sectors. He currently leads integrated marketing, stakeholder engagement, and CX at Oasis Healthcare Group, where he has built a data driven, high impact Marketing and Communications function that strengthens brand equity and generates measurable business outcomes. Benedict is an active member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Daystar University.

Ms. Caroline Lusimba is a results-driven healthcare professional with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing) from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology. She brings strong expertise in client experience, operations and insurance coordination. Caroline has led impactful onboarding projects, enhanced healthcare-insurance partnerships and implemented service delivery systems. She is recognized for her strategic thinking, collaborative approach and dedication to improving access to quality healthcare.

Mr. Mordicai Ologi

Group Quality Improvement &Patient Safety Manager (GQI&PSM)
Mordicai Ologi is the leads clinical nursing operations and drives quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across the organization. A former nurse tutor, Mordicai has taught at KMTC Murang’a and KMTC Kisii. He is fluent in German and supports language learners pursuing healthcare careers abroad. He is also actively involved in research, serving as a project lead on initiatives such as the Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) program in Kakamega County.
